Are you a business consultant or a marketing firm?
We’re both. Our core team is made up of construction professionals who have been on the tools and managed projects from the office for decades. We collaborate with a dedicated marketing team that handles all aspects of digital marketing, from logo design and branding to web development, SEO, and lead generation.
Are you another one of those cheesy "coaches"?
No. Absolutely not. We do not want to be associated with the self-proclaimed coaches and gurus who claim they they will “10x Your Revenue in 90 Days or Less!!” We’re here to help you build a real, sustainable business, and that takes work. When we work together, we become partners in each other’s success and the success of the industry.
Which program structure is right for me?
We offer two program structures based on where you’re at with your business. The Foundations structure is for contractors who need some help getting their name out there, generating more leads, and dialing in the base systems and processes that will help them scale sustainably in the future.
The Elevate structure was created for more established contractors who want to take control of their business, understand their numbers at a deeper level, and make calculated decisions that guide the future of their company.
How do the program structures work?
Both the Foundations and Elevate structures are 90 day programs that will help you take the next step in your contracting business. For some contractors, the next step is getting a website set up and generating more leads. For other contractors, the next step might be to systemize their business and start working on bigger projects.
You will work with your own dedicated consultant who will go through the program with you week by week to keep you accountable and ensure you understand all of the material. Our goal is to meet you where you’re at, give you the tools to be successful, and guide you towards a better business.
Can you provide a one-off estimate for my project?
Absolutely yes. We work with numerous clients to deliver detailed quantity takeoffs, construction estimating, and complete tender management and bid submittal services. We provide residential and commercial quantity takeoff and estimating services for all scopes of work.
How much do the programs cost?
The quick answer: it depends. We first need to understand where you’re at with your business, what your goals are, and if we’re a fit to work together. We can determine all of that on a quick 15 minute intro call where we’ll get to know each other a bit better and we’ll discuss pricing at that point.
